1. Informatii Livrare România

a) Livrare in pachetomatele Easybox, Fanbox, Posta Panduri
sau
b) Cargus, Fan Courier, Prioripost, FedEx - curier standard door-to-door (24-72 ore de la expediere)

Costul transportului:  In "cosul de cumparaturi" in cursul finalizarii comenzii, dupa alegerea modalitatii de plata si de transport, se afiseaza automat  si costul transportului (inclusiv in functie de greutatea totala a produselor din cos). Astfel aveti posibilitatea sa alegeti modalitatea de livrare cea mai convenabila ptr.nevoile Dvs. 

Suma minima (pentru primul kilogram):
a) Livrare in pachetomate: 13 RON (Posta Panduri), 14 RON (Easybox), 14 RON (Fanbox)
b) Livrare door-to-door: 20 RON (Prioripost), 21 RON (Cargus), 23 RON (FanCourier), 35 RON (FedEx)

           

Obs: preturile sunt valabile pentru plata la finalizarea comenzii (inainte de expediere): cu cardul, prin Paypal sau transfer bancar.
Taxa ramburs de 5 RON se adauga numai in cazul platii la destinatie.


La cererea expresa a clientului produsele comandate pot fi ridicate si de la sediul societatii noastre din Tg.Secuiesc, in acest caz Va rugam sa ne semnalati solicitarea Dvs.prin email, la adresa: comenzi@stilouri.eu

Drepturi ale vânzătorului:

Vânzătorul își rezervă dreptul de a modifica firma de curierat rapid în scopul optimizării procesului de livrare, fără notificare prealabilă.

De asemenea, vânzătorul își rezervă dreptul de a refuza onorarea comenzilor plasate de către utilizatorii care, în trecut, nu au preluat coletele la destinatie.

Displayed prices:
Prices are displayed in Euro [EUR] for the english version of site and for the romanian version in Romanian New Leu [RON].
Transformation is about [1 RON ~ 0,2 EUR] or [1 EUR ~ 5 RON].
The shipping price will be displayed before completing the order.
During Paypal-payment you will pay in Euro.

Attention:

• We'll start expedition of the goods only on prepaid orders.
• We do accept cash on delivery only for destinations in Romania.

Invoicing & VAT:
Displayed prices in our webstore contains the VAT amount and there are applicable for all our buyers, persons or juridical persons.
Exceptions are all the companies that can be checked on VIES site with valid european tax-number. In this case we can issue a VAT-free invoice, but your order can be send to us only by email.

Return&refund:
It is possible to return the products within 14 days started from you received the parcel. In this case please contact us before sending back.
All the products have to be in original packaging, same condition as you received them. Attention: all transport costs of returning will be at your obligation.
Also, if the articles do not fulfilled the above mentioned conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and shall send the items back to the consumer.
